My Approaches
My approach to therapy is Integrative with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy / CBT.
 
I tailor my approach to what is most suitable to you and your goals for therapy, and my training as a Counselling Psychologist allows me the flexibility to draw on a wide range of psychological theories and therapeutic models to produce the best possible outcomes.
 
The approaches that I use include:​​
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy / CBT
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Compassion Focused Therapy 
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Solution Focused Therapy
Although some of these approaches are poles apart in their practice and delivery, they complement each other perfectly when they are integrated.
